When Panayiotis and his wife Dawn returned to the island of Mytilini after studying in the US, they had a very simple goal: create the best Greek olive oil. Ten years later, they have succeeded and are making one of the best organic olive oils in Greece. In the process of their hard work, the couple helped shape a new generation of organic farmers. Thanks to them, almost half of the oil production in Mytilini is now organic!
Terra Aeolica is an extra-virgin olive oil with a very rich personality. Surprisingly fresh, it offers a paradoxical fruitiness which is ripe, yet still very light, and comes from olives in perfect condition.
Much valued by gourmets, this unique olive oil will enhance all fine dishes.
