An explosive marriage of smoked eggplants, sun dried-tomatoes and ruby peppers,
that is rich and smooth
We created this mezé with smoked aubergines, and naturally sweet ruby peppers roasted on a wood fire. We were inspired by a traditionnal recipe from the North of Greece, and selected all the vegetables with great care. The result met our expectations.
Ingredients : smoked eggplants, ruby peppers, sunflower + extra-virgin olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, potatoes, fresh + dried parsley, salt, ascorbic acid.
Use : exquisite as an aperitif, on canapés or as a dip, on pasta, rice, salads, potatoes, cold meats, poultry. In sandwiches, savoury cakes + muffins, quiches, cheese pastries, turnovers, etc.
