We discovered this exceptional dish in a small village, up in the mountains of Crete. Our hostess Eleni generously gave us the recipe, which she held from her grandmother.

Ingredients : fresh tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, feta and mizithra cheese, extra-virgin olive oil, oregano.
Use : delicious as an aperitif, on canapés or as a dip, on pasta, rice, salads, cold meats. In sandwiches, savoury cakes, quiches, cheese pastries, turnovers etc.
