The delicious flavor of Kalamata Olives is the result of supreme preparation and quality control. At MEZE HOUSE, we first choose the best olives. Then, we make two notches on the side of each olive and soak them in water for three days (this removes bitterness from the olive). Finally, we soak the olives in our secret MEZE HOUSE marinade. This unique process makes our Kalamata Olives one of a kind.
Ingredients : Kalamata olives, water, wine vinegar, salt, concentrated grape must.
Use: as an aperitif, on canapés, verrines, or pizzas. With pasta, rice, salads, meat, poultry. In sandwiches, savoury breads, cakes or muffins, quiches, turnovers etc.
